The Hue Imperial City Will Open Its Doors to Tourists During Evening Hours

The Hue Relics Preservation Center announced that the Imperial Citadel, Vietnam’s former capital, will be open to tourists from 7pm to 10pm starting April 22nd, 2017.

This move will allow tourists to escape the high daytime temperatures during the summer and experience the royal city during evening hours, when temperatures are more comfortable.

The extended hours, along with other planned initiatives which include offering free wifi and audio guides in five languages at tourist attractions are new measures the city has undertaken to boost tourism in 2017.

This charming small city, which is packed with temples, palaces and pagodas, and renowned for its cuisine, is included in four of Ansova’s many luxury and handcrafted Southeast Asian travel tours.
