Agreement Overview
This document, along with any invoices and itineraries provided, establishes the contractual relationship between you, the traveler, and Ansova Travel Co., Ltd. These terms and conditions govern all trips and travel services provided to you and are effective upon receipt of your deposit or any form of payment.

Booking Confirmation and Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the full payment due 45 days before your scheduled arrival. For last-minute bookings made within 45 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made via credit card or bank wire transfer, with all associated fees to be covered by the client. Adjustments to our standard payment terms may be necessary to accommodate the policies of third-party service providers.

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing (by mail or by email). The following fees will be applied based on the timing of the cancellation:

More than 45 days before arrival: Deposit forfeited
30 to 45 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost
15 to 29 days before arrival: 75% of the total cost
Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total cost
Refunds are subject to the policies of our third-party providers, many of whom have strict cancellation policies. To mitigate potential losses, we strongly advocate for the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance.

Travel Insurance
You are responsible for purchasing insurance. We cannot overstate the importance of purchasing comprehensive travel insurance prior to your trip. Such insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, loss of luggage, and any other potential losses or inconveniences you might encounter during your journey. Ansova Travel recommends insurance that includes coverage for lost deposits and cancellation fees, ensuring peace of mind throughout your travel experience. Please ensure your policy is valid from the date of booking until your return home, and carefully review the policy details to ensure they meet your needs.

Itinerary Changes
Changes by You: We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate any modifications to your itinerary after departure, although this may not always be possible. Any costs incurred due to such changes are non-refundable.

Changes by Us: While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances or for the safety of our travelers. Any additional expenses arising from such changes will be the traveler’s responsibility but may be eligible for reimbursement through travel insurance.

Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event of a dispute, Ansova Travel is committed to a fair and efficient resolution process. Should you have any concerns or complaints, we require that they be submitted in writing within 7 days of the occurrence. Our dedicated team will thoroughly review the matter, aiming for a satisfactory resolution for all involved parties.

Our liability in disputes is strictly limited to the cost of the specific service under dispute. We prioritize open communication and negotiation to resolve any issues and maintain the high quality of our travel experiences. However, should a resolution not be reached, we may advise seeking mediation or legal counsel based on the nature of the dispute.

Confidentiality and Rate Integrity
Ansova Travel maintains the highest level of confidentiality regarding negotiated rates with our partners and expects the same discretion in return. This mutual respect ensures the integrity of our services and the trust of our clients and partners.

Force Majeure
Ansova Travel shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations hereunder if such failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, terrorism, labor strikes, and governmental restrictions. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to provide alternative arrangements or refunds, subject to the limitations set by our third-party providers.

Modifications to Terms of Service
Ansova Travel reserves the right to modify these terms, with significant changes communicated to our clients. This ensures our terms remain relevant and compliant with the evolving travel landscape.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, providing a clear legal framework for our operations and your engagement with our services.
