We let you know what the weather’s like, what to pack, how to negotiate a taxi ride if need be, suggested reading for the road and a range of information that will help you prepare for your journey. This is not a guidebook; it is concise and specifically related to your individual journey with us. Your travel designer is also available online to answer any last-minute questions about packing, shopping, or simply to book a dinner reservation in your arrival city. Think of us as your concierge on the other end of your email. What type of clothing should I pack? As stated above, we will send you a pre-trip journey planner, weeks before your departure. This concise guide specifically designed for your individual trip, will include a packing list. Your travel consultant will also be available for any questions you may have. No Vaccines are required to enter Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand. However, we advise you to consult a health care provider or visit a travel health clinic preferably six weeks before your trip. We accept payment by wire transfer or from one of the three major credit cards: Visa, American Express and MasterCard. For credit card payments we will provide you with a payment link and you will make the payment on line yourself. We do not collect any credit card information.
